the information from concairge about any events going on are somtimes wrong , and not knowing of english language

The room are very good , the rate for Shanghai re real good , and the location is near of everything.

Hotel staff at front desk can provide a good services. For my case they gave me a good response about my questions.

It's not maybe their responsability. However I had a problem with a public taxi driver which the hotel staff reserved to go to PVG airport in the morning.

The facilities are all not within the same block and are all over the place. No visible sign for direction to the hotel but if you know your way, its still alright. Overall, still a nice hotel although some concierge staff are not very courteous.

The position and the staff at the concierge,but the staff at the reception were let to be desired,air con/not working noise at the back of the room .

I didnt like the attitude of the receptioniste, when i found out that the room had no air con and very noisy at the back.I have asked gently if you can change my room she blanked me out .by saying just no.

Have stayed at Ramada Plaza Gateway Shanghai twice and will continue to use it as preferred hotel for Shanghai trips. Near the Xujiahui shopping district (10 min walk) and in between 2 train stations. Plenty of convenience stores and eateries nearby.

There could be a better distinction between the a block rooms (service apartment-like) and the proper hotel block (the one with the check-in lobby) on the website. Booked the wrong room for the hotel and had to go through a very bothersome process to change room and had to take a smoking room.

Quiete and good room. Soft bed. Good and professional staff. Clean room.

The room is very confortable,the localization is very good.

The staff doesn´t speak English very well.And outside of the hotel there is people annoying you.Asking you if you want some girls and trying to get some easy money.
